From 2007-2014, the Turkish Cultural Foundation sponsored the participation of contemporary Turkish artists at the Sculpture Objects & Functional Art- SOFA fairs in Chicago and New York. The goal of this TCF project was to promote Turkish contemporary art to discerning art audiences who participate in this leading international fair. TCF was the only non profit organization accepted to showcase at the fair and the only organization with ties to Turkey. SOFA fairs bring together groundbreaking modern artists, sculptors, designers, curators and collectors from around the world for a series of exhibits, lectures, and discussions.  In 2012, TCF partnered with ARMAGGAN Art and Design Gallery in Istanbul to curate the selection.

TCF sponsored the participation of 53 Turkish artists at the SOFA fairs.
